AAA Tires & Wheels

Probably the longest and worst experience I’ve ever had at a tire shop—which should normally be a pretty simple and straightforward process. I came in around 2:45 PM to have the tires changed on my Lexus. I agreed to have the car aligned as well. Let me just say: this place is completely discombobulated. They have more than enough employees to get things done efficiently, but somehow nobody seems to know what they’re doing. Employees would start working on one car, then leave to work on another customer’s vehicle. At one point, the guy working on my car was pulled away so he could do an alignment for the owners girlfriend first. I normally couldn’t care less about anyone’s extra marital situations but when I’ve already been waiting for my tires to be changed and aligned, it’s pretty ridiculous to have my car pushed aside for someone else. I ended up waiting an additional half hour while the princess got her way. Then, when it was finally my turn, everyone decided it was ice cream time, making the wait even longer. I actually had to ask the ice cream truck to move so I could get my car into the shop. The whole experience was a complete shit show. I came in at 2:45 PM and I’m le

I highly recommend this mechanic! The service is excellent, the prices are very fair, and the customer service is truly outstanding. He is respectful, professional, and always finds a way to say “yes” and help you. He genuinely looks for solutions and works hard to fix your car as quickly as possible. On top of that, his prices are much better than many other places. If you're looking for honesty, efficiency, and great value, this is definitely the right place to go

I had a wonderful experience at this tire shop. The owner offered me an exceptional deal on four Goodyear all-season tires for my MDX, and they were in excellent condition. The team provided fantastic service, installing, balancing, and aligning the tires. Considering similar tires at other shops like BJs, Mavis, pepboys, cost around $150 each, the $350 I paid here was an incredible value!!! The new tires come with a warranty, and the alignment is covered for three months if you purchase all four tires (I am not lying when I say they are new even if used). The shop was busy while I waited, with many customers coming and going. It was truly the best tire shop experience I've ever had; they even offered me water while I waited. I highly recommend this place.
